What a gorgeous hike! I had seen pictures of the “keyhole” for years so I was excited when I had a few extra minutes driving through Loveland to stop for the hike.
The hike itself is easy, very beginner-friendly with sweeping views of the foothills the whole way. The ‘Devil’s Backbone’ itself is a very cool rock feature and then keyhole gives way to stunning views.
Parking is $10 in the lot and dogs are allowed on leash.
