Park City is truly a beautiful town and one of the best ways to explore is hitting the trail! Dawn’s Trail is only 3.3 miles that you can make a loop by taking Armstrong Trail. You’re hiking right under ski lifts and across the runs of Park City Resort.

The AllTrails app brings you to a neighborhood and dead end, but you start by parking in the lot by the Silver Star Cafe (highly recomend stopping in for a drink with a view after your hike, by the way!) Then the trailhead is really easy to spot. There are a few different trails you could take, so it does help to have the AllTrails map open. As you head up from the Trailhead you’ll take the second right onto Dawn’s Trail.

We saw lots of dogs on the trail, plenty of chipmunks and a few Elk!
